CrossFit Dash is located near intersection of 86th st. and Michigan Rd. in Indianapolis. In class, we will work on the skills and technique in CrossFit to promote the highest level of performance and lower the risk of injury with our athletes. We can modify and tailor any workout to everyone's needs and limitations. CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP is a high energy 45 minute class that blends a fast paced cardio workout with high interval weight training with CrossFit inspired movements and WOD's. This class is perfect for the athlete looking for a non-stop, action packed 45 minute of exercise, without the heavy weightlifting. The main focal points in CROSSFIT BOOTCAMP is cardio, muscle tone, flexibility, and agility training. This is a great beginner class for those that are looking to getting into Crossfit or looking for more of a cardio workout.
