CrossFit Dash is located near intersection of 86th st. and Michigan rd. in Indianapolis, Indiana. We aim to keep our class size smaller so we can give each athlete more personalized attention. Our goal is to create a healthy CrossFit community while improving overall fitness and lifestyle. In class we will work on the skills and technique in CrossFit to promote the highest level of performance and lower the risk of injury with our athletes. We can modify and tailor any workout to everyone's needs and limitations

Starting Monday Aug 11th CrossFit Dash will be introducing a new program called CrossFit Light. CrossFit Light meets the needs of new members who are on a budget or needs an “easier” CrossFit experience to get started with a new fitness routine. All workouts are designed for you to gain strength, flexibility, and cardio conditioning. There will be no barbell movements in CrossFit Light they will be replaced with kettlebell and medicine ball work. All movements are basic, functional, and will provide you a great workout!  You can schedule into any class time and sign out at your convenience!

A typical CrossFit Light class is 45 minutes and includes the following:Short warm-up,Flexibility, Skill training to learn the movements in your workout, and A workout that’s different day to day, week to week.
